The Deliverables

If you complete a Review you will receive a radar report of your workforce (as shown below)
and an analysis of your strengths and opportunities for improvement (PDF Reader required).

If you select the Client+ option, you’ll also receive comparison data based on 200+ medium-sized enterprises
(represented by orange on the radar map below).

The Process

  • Starting

    Look through the Factors as a Guest.

    Assemble any documentation relating to the 12 Factors. Documentation will help justify your ratings.
    Decide on whether or not to use a Facilitator (See FAQs).

  • Reviewing

    • Review as an individual using the questionnaire.
    • The questionnaire is only available after paying a fee.
    • Review using the rating scales provided.
    • Determine each descriptor's relevance to your organisation
    • Rate the 'state of play' in your organisation, factor by factor
    • Consolidate you individual ratings as a team
    • Review the characteristics of your workforce.
  • Downloading

    A Client Report

    • Generates a standard ‘radar’ report
    • Reflects strengths and opportunities for improvement

    A Client+ Report

    • Adds comparison data
